INTERVISION

In intervision, peers share work-related dilemmas with each other. Participants learn to listen to each other without judgement and help each other by sharing different perspectives. An intervision facilitator guides the discussions, helps to bring them to a deeper level and ensures good atmosphere and confidentiality within the group.

As a intervision discussion leader we support the process and give guidance to structured sessions.

Nanouk Cancian is registered as an intervision session leader with both the Bar Association and the VAAN. By attending two sessions per year (each lasting four hours), participants fulfill the CPD requirements of the Bar Association and, depending on the composition of the group, the intervision requirements of the VAAN.
