Eva de Jong has been a lawyer since 2000. In 2014 she founded Avocare arbeidsrecht.

Eva de Jong is an experienced attorney and employment law specialist.
She advises and litigates in the broad field of employment law:
flexible employment relationships (secondment, temporary employment contracts,

qualification issues, co-determination processes, collective and

“Gradually, I broadened my expertise and increasingly
focusing on legal issues related to the
governance of companies involving both the individual (think of
director), as well as the collective, such as supervisory board or
works council, play an important role. By advising at an early stage
advising at the board level, mediating a conflict, I can help my
clients in different roles.”
